Meditation and the Divine Feminine
Marina Spence | Saturday, July 16 | 1:00pm - 2:30pm
When we sit in silence, we can experience a richness, a deepening. In this deepening, we can expand our touch with the Divine Feminine, which is our capacity to be fluid and compassionate, easy with ourselves and with others.
Please join in this inquiry into meditation and the Divine Feminine. We will talk about the Divine Feminine, qualities that are present in everyone. We will explore a gentle, easy approach to meditation and see how that can lead to increased smoothness and gentleness with ourselves and others.
Marina has practiced and taught meditation for decades. While she has studied with wonderful teachers in a variety of traditions, her greatest teacher has been the school of life. Because life can be a demanding teacher, she appreciates the gentleness and openness gained from inquiry into the Divine Feminine. Marina lives and works in New York City.
