Children (ages 4 -10) and Parents learn mindfulness best through continued practice and an engaging format. At least one caretaker must be present for each child in the session.
Douglas Martin started meditating while in college in 1993. He has studied with numerous teachers and traditions including Tibetan, Shambhala, Zen and Theravada Buddhism, Hinduism and Christianity. He was ordained as a temporary monk in 2004. He now works in Financial Services and lives in New York City with his wife and children.
