Jessa Messina |  Sunday, June 12 | 1:00pm - 2:30pm

We live in an era where things change at the speed of technology. The world is literally at our fingertips. We can get everything we need done with the click of a mouse. This changes our culture, our personal lives, and our health. This is changing the way we use our minds and bodies especially if we sit at a desk all day. And everything has it's obstacles and advantages. Learn more about how this is happening and how you can get more of the good and less of the bad!

Jessa Messina has been teaching yoga for the last ten years. Her focus is on the obstacles that stop us from practicing self care and mindfulness and understanding how the current landscape of the Digital Era is affecting the way we move and think for the good and the bad. Her goal is to find attainable ways to make our lives easier through self care. She is the founder of the NYC based company YoJo. YoJo brings workplace wellness offering yoga and meditation programs to companies.
